Four year old Zack has minor CP, but it doesn’t affect his gross and fine motor skills very much. He can walk independently and can eat by himself and grab small things. Zack dresses himself every morning , washes his face and brushes his teeth. AND THEN… Zack makes his bed all by himself. Zack’s language development is good and he communicates with people very well. He is an outgoing boy. He doesn’t wear diapers and he goes to the bathroom by himself.
Zack started out as a shy little boy. But with love and encouragement from his orphanage teachers, he has blossomed beautifully. He can count and keep up with his nursery school lessons. As the teachers praise him for his progress, Zack gets right into the spirit of things and tells everyone that he is a wonderful boy! (He’s right.) Zack often helps the teachers pick up the toys from the floor. As you can see in his video, he’s pretty good at other housekeeping tasks as well.
Here is Zack’s recommendation from the orphanage staff:
“Now he is an active and lovely child. Although he is young, he is sensible and careful, outgoing and polite. Seeing his progress, we are proud of him.”
