This spring, when the Welsh family adopted a two year old baby girl from China, they visited Alenah's Home, our CHI foster care center. Their new sister and daughter had been cared for there for most of her life. Ten year old Ava Welsh was so moved by what she experienced there that she decided to get involved.She got right to work on CUPCAKES THAT CARE Ava bakes custom cupcakes for a suggested donation of $25.
