This life-giving education is free to each student. If not for these “free” schools, the vast majority of these disadvantaged children would receive no education at all, thus extending the vicious cycle of extreme poverty. Before our Partners in Hope took action, the women of this Indian village had to dip their containers into a dirty river to draw water for drinking, cooking and washing. They could use a cloth to filter out the sand and grit, but bacteria, viruses, fungi, and protozoa are another story. Partners in Hope donated the funds to provide a clean water well for the villagers. Now families have the safe and convenient water for all their daily needs. Be a Partner and help another village to have a clean water well. Click on the heart to get started.
