China Waiting Child Process
How to Adopt a Child from China – Doing the work to bring your child home –

Submit your APPLICATION to Children’s Hope International.
Upon your acceptance into the program, you will receive your Dossier Workbook and instructions regarding your homestudy. Follow the guidelines provided as you assemble your dossier. You don’t have to deal with this alone – you get our team in St. Louis and, eventually, our staff in Bejing to help you with any questions or concerns. Your homestudy worker will also prove to be a great resource to you.
We will work together every step of the way.
You will travel a few months after you have been matched with a child and your dossier has been filed in China. You will be in China for about two weeks.
Then the fun begins!
