If you include a check or money order made out to the Chief Clerk First Circuit Court, they will forward the document for you. If you include another check or money order made out to The Office of the Lieutenant Governor, they will forward it on for you as well. It is best if you include express mailers for everyone, and include a letter asking them to forward it for you. |

Fingerprints are only taken at the Honolulu Application Support Center located at 677 Ala Moana Boulevard, Suite 102, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813-5417.
