Don’t send original documents – send either photo copy of notary public’s sig/stamp and/or vital records/county clerk’s sig/stamp or a list of notary public/vital records/county clerk’s names and commission numbers (listed on stamp). You also need to tell them the date of the documents were notarized. They will send you the state certification forms to attach to the originals.
